ko37 Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms", "this Agreement", or "T&Cs") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Player", or "you") and ko37 (the "Platform", "we", "us", or "our") in respect of your access to and use of the ko37 online sports betting and casino platform, accessible at ko37.cam.

By registering an account, depositing funds, placing a wager, or otherwise accessing any service offered on ko37, you confirm that you have read, understood, and irrevocably agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform.

These Terms should be read together with ko37's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference and form part of this Agreement.

In these Terms, the following expressions shall have the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

To register and maintain an Account on ko37, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the laws of your jurisdiction or the operator's license conditions, whichever is greater.
• You must be a natural person. Corporations, partnerships, trusts, and other legal entities are not eligible to hold an Account.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Territory. Use of VPN or proxy services to circumvent geographic restrictions is strictly prohibited.
• You must not have been previously excluded from ko37 or any associated platform, whether voluntarily through self-exclusion or mandatorily through account closure.
• You must not be a current or recent employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of ko37 or any of its technology or service partners.

When registering an Account on ko37, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You warrant that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent point is truthful and up to date.

• One Account Only: Each individual may hold only one Account on the Platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether under your own name or any other identity — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any two-factor authentication codes with any third party. ko37 will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to maintain adequate security.
• Notification of Compromise: If you believe your Account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify ko37 support immediately via live chat or email. Failure to do so in a timely manner may affect your ability to claim a remedy.
• Account Accuracy: You must update your Account information promptly if any details change. ko37 reserves the right to suspend or close accounts where information is found to be inaccurate or outdated.

ko37 is required to conduct identity verification (Know Your Customer, or KYC) as part of its obligations relating to age verification, fraud prevention, and anti-money laundering (AML) compliance. By using the Platform, you consent to this process.

KYC may be triggered at any point, including at registration, prior to first withdrawal, at defined deposit thresholds, or where the Platform identifies activity that warrants additional due diligence. ko37 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing until KYC is complete.

Documents that may be requested include, but are not limited to:

• A valid, government-issued photo identification — typically a CNIC (Computerized National Identity Card) for Pakistani users, or a valid passport.
• Proof of current residential address (e.g., a recent utility bill or bank statement, dated within the past three months), where required.
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., a bank statement confirming the account holder's name matches the registered account name).
• A selfie or liveness check as directed by the Platform's verification process.

All financial transactions on ko37 are conducted in PKR or such other currencies as the Platform supports at the relevant time. The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawal requests:

6.1 Deposits. All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited. The minimum and maximum deposit amounts, as well as any applicable fees, are displayed in the Platform's live cashier at the time of transaction. These figures are subject to change without prior notice. Familiar Pakistan payment references include digital wallets and bank transfer services; however, ko37 makes no representation that any specific payment provider — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, or Bank Alfalah — endorses, supports, or permits gambling transactions. Users must verify acceptability with the relevant provider and confirm compliance with applicable law.

6.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to: (a) successful completion of KYC verification; (b) satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements; (c) the Account being in good standing with no outstanding disputes; and (d) the withdrawal method matching the deposit method, where required. Processing timelines are governed by the operator and the relevant payment provider and are not guaranteed by ko37. ko37 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.

6.3 Currency. Where accounts are maintained in PKR, conversion fees may apply if transactions involve a different base currency. Any fees will be disclosed in the cashier prior to confirmation.

6.4 Dormant Accounts. Accounts that have had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more may be classified as dormant. Administration fees may be applied to dormant account balances in accordance with the schedule published in the Platform's cashier terms. Users will be notified before such fees are applied wherever practicable.

All wagers placed on ko37 are subject to the following general betting rules, in addition to sport-specific and market-specific rules published on the Platform:

• Bet Acceptance: A wager is only valid once confirmed by the Platform system. Confirmation of acceptance is displayed to the User at the time of placement. No wager is valid solely on the basis of a User's intent to place it.
• Odds Changes: ko37 reserves the right to change odds at any time prior to bet acceptance. Odds displayed during bet placement may differ from those at the time of initial market browsing. The odds presented at the point of bet acceptance are final.
• Void Bets: ko37 reserves the right to declare a wager void where there is evidence of a manifest error in odds, in the event of a data feed failure, or where the outcome of the relevant event has been or may have been improperly influenced. Voided bets are settled at the original stake amount returned to the Account.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and per market. These limits are displayed at the time of placement and may vary by sport, market, and Account tier.
• Cricket Betting: For Pakistan cricket, PSL, and ICC tournament markets, specific in-play rules apply regarding the impact of weather interruptions, DLS method application, and match abandonment. Users should review the cricket-specific rules section in the Platform's help centre before placing live cricket wagers.
• Winnings: Winning bets are credited to the Account Balance following final confirmation of the relevant event result. ko37 reserves a reasonable period to verify results before crediting winnings. No winnings will be credited where a bet is subsequently found to have been placed in breach of these Terms.

ko37 may from time to time offer promotional bonuses, free bets, deposit matches, cashback, and loyalty rewards. All promotions are subject to specific terms that are published at the point of offer and form part of this Agreement.

8.1 Wagering Requirements. All Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they — or any associated winnings — may be withdrawn as Real Money Funds. The applicable wagering requirement (expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount, e.g., 20×) is displayed in the relevant promotion's terms. Users must ensure the wagering requirement has been met in full before submitting a withdrawal request.

8.2 Eligible Games and Bets. Wagering requirements may only be fulfilled using qualifying games or markets, which are specified in the individual promotion terms. Certain game types — including but not limited to progressive jackpots, live dealer games, or specific table game variants — may contribute at a reduced percentage or not at all toward the wagering requirement. Check each promotion's terms before wagering Bonus Funds.

8.3 Bonus Expiry. All Bonus Funds and associated free bets expire within the time period specified in the individual promotion's terms. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated under any circumstances.

8.4 Bonus Abuse. ko37 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. Prohibited conduct includes multi-accounting, arbitrage wagering to satisfy requirements, use of bots or automated software, collusion, and any other activity the Platform reasonably determines to be contrary to the spirit of the promotion. Where abuse is detected, ko37 reserves the right to forfeit the relevant bonus and any associated winnings without prior notice and to close the Account.

ko37 is committed to the promotion of responsible gambling. By using the Platform, you acknowledge that gambling carries inherent financial risk and must be approached as a form of entertainment, not a means of generating income.

You agree to make use of the responsible gambling tools available in your Account, including deposit limits, loss limits, session duration reminders, and self-exclusion, where your gambling behaviour warrants it. The Platform reserves the right to impose limits on an Account without the User's request if the Platform reasonably determines that such intervention is necessary in the interest of player welfare.

Self-exclusion requests are processed with immediate effect. A minimum exclusion period of thirty (30) days applies. During a self-exclusion period, the User may not request early reinstatement of their Account, except where the exclusion was requested in error and the Platform determines that reinstatement is appropriate following a welfare review. All promotional communications will cease during a self-exclusion period.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ko37 Platform. Violation of any of the provisions below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Creating more than one Account per individual, household, or shared device.
• Providing false, misleading, or unverifiable information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using the Platform in any jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited under applicable law.
• Using VPN, proxy servers, or any other technology to mask your true geographic location.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, software vulnerabilities, or data feed latencies for financial gain.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any non-human access mechanism to interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, collusion, insider trading, or corrupt activity in relation to any event offered on the Platform.
• Money laundering or any transaction intended to disguise the origin of unlawfully obtained funds.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ko37 staff or other platform users through any communication channel.
• Engaging in any form of coordinated bonus abuse, including multi-accounting, chip dumping, or artificial wagering patterns.

All content on the ko37 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software code, data compilations, and design elements — is owned by or licensed to ko37 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to: (a) copy, reproduce, or redistribute any Platform content; (b) reverse engineer or decompile any software; (c) use Platform content for any commercial purpose without prior written authorisation from ko37.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ko37 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of profit, or business interruption.

ko37 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, and third-party data feed outages may periodically affect Platform availability. ko37 will not be liable for losses incurred as a result of Platform downtime or data feed errors, except where such liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

ko37 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any supplementary rules or policies.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, including identity fraud, payment fraud, or bonus abuse.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following request.
• Account activity inconsistent with legal wagering — including activity that suggests money laundering or match-fixing involvement.
• A request by a competent regulatory or law enforcement authority.
• Player-initiated self-exclusion or closure request.

Upon Account closure, any Real Money Funds remaining in the Account Balance (net of applicable fees and subject to KYC clearance) will be returned to the registered payment method. Bonus Funds will be forfeited in all cases. Balances held in accounts closed for fraud or Terms breach may be withheld pending investigation.

ko37 reserves the right to amend, supplement, or replace these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of material amendments via in-platform notification, email, or both, with a reasonable period of notice before the amended terms take effect. Where notification is not practicable — for example, in cases of urgent regulatory requirement — amended terms may take immediate effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to request Account closure before the effective date.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ko37 is licensed and incorporated. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction, except where applicable consumer protection law in your country of residence requires otherwise.

Nothing in this clause shall be construed as a representation by ko37 that the Platform is lawfully accessible in Pakistan or any other jurisdiction. Users access the Platform at their own legal risk and responsibility.
